A fresh, new space for the NSW Maritime staff as part of the government initiative to deliver improved one-stop services for government customers.

SOLUTION

The scope of the works began with a complete strip out of the existing internal walls, ceilings and flooring, to provide a blank canvas for the new office fitout.

Vantagespace brought life back to the space starting with new partitions and ceilings to establish the new layout for the space including, an open plan workstation zone, 2 boardrooms, utilities & storage, locker room, and a kitchen.

The workspace was then equipped with new flooring, joinery, furniture including adjustable workstations, and office greenery. A custom-made timber feature screen was created to separate the utilities & storage area from the open workstations, whilst adding an element of aesthetic to the space.

The new space was then equipped with all electrical and tech requirements, turning the project into a workable environment for NSW Maritime staff.
