A premium commercial office fitout for Scotiabank, one of Canada's largest banking corporations, in the establishment of their new local presence in Australia.

SOLUTION

Vantagespace were appointed to manage the fitout of the entire workspace, which required detailed staging and careful coordination of trades given the live operations of the Governor Phillip Tower in which it was based.

There were numerous elements to the fitout, including an open reception area, individual offices, open plan workstations, meeting rooms, break out spaces, conference rooms, amenities and a large bar area.

Feature lighting, stone tiling, timber wall panels and inbuilt LCD screens, combined with the glass walls spanning throughout, work to create an impressive workspace from the second you step into the stunning, light filled lobby.

An exceptional premium grade workplace was achieved, pairing perfectly with its prestige location within Governor Phillip Tower overlooking the picturesque Sydney Harbour.
