Fitout of NextGen.Net’s new workspace positioned above Newcastle’s Cruising Yacht Club Marina.

SOLUTION

Vantagespace created a new workspace for NextGen.Net, perfect for their Newcastle based office, with a strong emphasis on quality in both hard and soft finishes extending throughout the environment.

The new space features multi-functional quiet rooms, executive office, kitchen and break-out area, a utilities space, and comms room. The staff area incorporates open plan workstations and collaborative zones, truly driving new ways of working. Also established was a tech-equipped boardroom, with feature lighting and acoustic panels adding an element of interest and privacy.

The workspace effectively brings the outside-in with tempered glass windows, doors and walls flooding the space with natural light, taking full advantage of their prime position at Newcastle’s Cruising Yacht Club Marina. Adding to this, clusters of standing and hanging planters are placed throughout the space and suspended above, as well as impressive feature vinyl wall graphics showcasing Australia's natural beauty.

The natural palette with vivid whites, warm timber tones, earthy greys and pops of colour, combined with the light filled space and greenery, create this inviting and inspiring workspace from the moment of entry.
